Rainy days are an inevitable and welcome part of spring. Although often disruptive to our daily lives, they are also a reminder of all the flowers, green grasses, and shady trees to come. It’s no surprise that, unlike snowflakes, not much attention is given to individual raindrops. And yet…the patterns they create as they dance across a windshield or trickle down a window can be quite beautiful.
With a single color and simple stitches, this design pays homage to the humble raindrop in an unusual and organic design reminiscent of rain trickling down a window.
