The sprawling city of Los Angeles goes on for miles and miles in almost every direction.  Many first time visitors are surprised by the proximity of L.A. to nature, reaching from the rugged San Gabriel mountains all the way to the coast. This design was inspired by perhaps one of the most iconic images of Los Angeles:  palm trees.  They are truly everywhere from the beach to the foothills and in every suburb in every direction, even in the heart of L.A. with the city skyline in the background, just like on this fun-to-knit beanie.
